Well I'd say www.adobe.com, as piracy discussion isn't allowed on Ad so no one can help you out on that front. I'd recommened The Gimp, it is free and does the same thing. http://www.gimp.org/ If you don't want to use Gimp then use your head as to how to get photoshop
i have Adobe Photoshop CS2 and i did have a download site posted..at one time and the update..i am sure it history by now. it was a 362mb download..

i too also have one of these...erm... legal vversions of PS, but i don't use it much. justy when im making fonts or scanning something quickly. ha, legal, i laugh in it's face(if it has one)
