    hi,

i just started using nero vision express and i'm currently putting together a series of dvds with my fave shows. i created the menu with buttons and then i added 8 22mins shows on it. is it suppose to take a really long time to transcode and such? the time remaining says 2hrs 30mins and 55secs but the elapse time is 12hrs 02mins and 06 secs and still going. @.@

yep, it takes longet sometime....all depending on how much stuff & effects you're cramming into your dvd.

I usually leave mine on overnight.

It converts for you, most other converters take a while too, plus its an extra program to run. You might be able to shave a few minutes here or there using other programs first but overall its really roughly the same.

ah i see. But still, if converting the files beforehand will help then it wouldn't hurt.
