sky box not working

my Sky box has stopped working in Leitrim, have checked all cables, only used for fta channels,analogue channels working ok thru aerial.
?anyone else have this problem or any suggestions

 

ya need tpo provide more info, what you mean not working? your dish not aligned?

 

thanks for reply, not receiving a signal, have tried adjusting to no avail, has been working perfectly for three years.Only discovered on Saturday, only use as second home. would it be worthwhile trying a freesat box.

 

if you have no signal to the sky box, then most likely if you put a freesat box in you will still have no signal. Can't be too hard to figure. Either the dish went out of alignment or the cable from your LNB to your receiver is loose or damaged
