sky sports 1 lost on eurovox

    i'm sorry if this has been posted already but I can not find it! I have a eurovox and have rescanned my box recently and have lost my sky sports completely, I have tried a deepscan but no luck its just not showing anywhere on any channel?
    Any ideas chaps?

    yeah, mine's gone as well. Just re-scanning me box, will post when its done

    I've also lost Sky Sports 1. And also Sky Sports News plys Sky Sports Premiere.They didn't return even after a Factory Scan. Which areas are you in?

    all channels have come back with fast installation.

    Hi , i'm i the huddersfield area . I reset my box and ran a fast scan, all channels up and running!!!!

    I think it must be an area problem-I am in london and have tried it several times now.

    I lost sky sports 1 and ESPN how do I get them back I am new to this. living is scotland

    Just do a Manual scan from the affected channel and it will be back, go to Sky Sports and press the INFO button twice to get the frequency and jot it down, then Menu and across to Installation - choose User Installation and OK enter 0000 and when the Frequency table appears scroll up/down to the required frequency and when it is Highlighted just press OK and a tick will appear on the left, now press BLUE button to manual scan on that frequency, 3 minutes max, do the same for your other missing channel, frequency drift that's all.

    A man from Ireland has enough sense to look in the right places to find the cause of the problem. Does this make sense???

    Well done and your welcome, at least you know what to do next time on any missing channels, because if one frequency drifts you loose more than one channel.

    hey malci. tried that but no luck. are you saying to use the 8% fix.i havent had to flash my max v for over 12mts so have i missed some in the mean time???? 3boxes the same ch....s cork area. thanks a mill

    Sorry been busy, no I am not saying that in your case, and yes there has been Firmware released since you last flashed if it has been 12 months, but sorry to say that in your case it is of no use to you because of the current migration to N3 that is why you are losing your channels, and there is no remedy for that.
