SKYF5 BOX SETUP

HI CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME AS IM IN DISPEAR, ME AND MY HUSBAND HAS PURCHASED A SKYF5 BOX AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AS SIMPLE AS TO SET IT UP, BUT ITS NOT! IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP US TO SET IT UP AS OUR SKY TV SUBSCRIPTION ENDS IN 30 DAYS AND WANT TO GET THE BOX UP AND RUNNING READY.IT CAME WITH A LITTLE USB DONGLE ALSO. I HAVE READ SOME DISCUSIONS ON HERE BUT ITS EXPLAINED IN A WAY I DONT UNDERSTAND (WELL IAM A WOMAN JUST BEATING U ALL TO IT LOL)

Firstly turn your caps lock off, this is considered shouting on a forum, use the search function above and look for the Skybox F3 tutorial, there is a step by step on how to set the box up, the F3 and F5 are the same box more or less, so follow the steps, pics included

on this site which is more benifitial to me to purchase, and what do i do once i have purchased and downloaded it, do i transfer it via usb to the box?

it would be so much easier if i knew someone to do it for me but no joy!
