thats a load of BS varnull, if i was using this tool to "act as a criminal" why would i have a machiene that i own, that i paid for, that has a forgotten password, and to answer your question i did google my error, i found nothing pertaining to ophctack...and while we are are at it how dare you call me a script kiddie, i am a member of one of the most famous crews on the internet, we owned anonymus, we owned 94chan, we are thew group that works for the people that either cant, or dont have the knowledge to do there work on their own. so dont think i have an issue with arguing with an admin that moderates a forum that i am almost 100% sure there are more like...good day sir/ ma'am

answer me this then: why isnt ophcrack blacklisted IE: an illegal tool? it is used as a backup method of obtainig a forgotten password...and as far as 94chan goes...we just dont like the way they operate, they hack accounts like its going out of style, they steal credit card info and actually use it, the mainly just reek havoc...they are just plain not ethical...and as far as anon goes...check youtube, they fall into the same catagory as 94chan...and as far as my crew goes we work to make sure people who get vicrtimized get justice...thats why i said something similar to: Code: my crew works for the people im going to go lay down got a bad head ache...darn dog next door wont quit barking
So you belong to a vigilante justice group, that is typically just a weak excuse for you to break laws yourself. Yeah, the KKK were founded to enforce justice too, problem is that "justice" and "morals" are open to interpretation, retribution rarely achieves anything. As for ophcrack being blacklisted, it does have its legitimate uses, so do guns and knives, but not everyone deserves to be trusted to use them as intended. I still don't buy that your intentions to use ophcrack are for your own system, and that is probably why you won't get any help around here, nobody wants to risk being an accessory to your crimes. Trying to big note yourself as being in some big tuff vigilante group only strengthens those doubts. Good luck though, I hope your daddy knows a good lawyer for when that day comes.

The only one i see whining is you. Plus watch the language and enough with the annoying and lazy text speak already. And your spelling is atrocious which makes the rest look like text speak. You won't get far on the *nix command line with bad spelling and text speak.
There are things out there that shouldn't be in the hands of people who are shouting about the place asking how to use them.. I know how to make very effective bombs.. but I'm not going to tell some random kid who asks on the internet. That's just plain stupid.. I guess people haven't realised that telling people how to commit criminal acts carries liablilty? Finding information for yourself is one thing.. asking others to tell you how to do it is plain stupid. IF I was a lawyer for an isp I could demand afterdawn give me the ip of the teller and the asker and they could both be investigated and arrested for criminal activity That is the words that are used by law makers.. Hacking into some other persons internet or network is criminal.. and the charge that can be brought against somebody spreading information on achieving it is assisting. I'm not going to court to attempt to defend myself from criminal charges (which they will have hard evidence of) for helping some kid access his parents or some other persons internet connection or network which they are currently barred from. These tools are not toys. People are sitting in jail and have lost very good jobs and been banned from owning ANY computers for using them and getting caught. I guess the same responses come from all the security professionals.. I have never seen any person help somebody do this.. there are irc places where these tools are talked about but expect to be made to look like a fool unless you really know what you are talking about first.. sadly the original question has it's answer contained in the so called error.. n00bish and lazy .. game over. *sigh* trying to build linux hackers tools with windoze instead of thinking about it and seeing that the batch files are most likely for REAL dos. Usage of these tools is all documented IN THE README FILES included with the software or in the source code... if people can't be arsed reading a few things I'm not going to help.. Whing on about not getting help from people who DO know how to use these tools properly because they TAUGHT THEMSELVES how to use them doesn't do you any favours.. As you can see I directed nyk0n to the slax manual so he can learn how to use slax for good instead of trying to hack or crack with it. Either way most of these people will give up before fully understanding the capacity of these tools. Only those who are really into it will master them, spend hours into wiki documents, tutorials and find in the web people with the same problem. In this way they will understand how to use a Distro or Os for general more entertaining use than hacking or cracking. At least that's what I believe. Have a great day ^ ^
