You should be able to just extract the WinRAR file and it will most likely be an .iso file once done. Use any DvD burning software to complete your burn and you're done.

For a quick, easy, and free burn, I suggest DVD Decrypter.

    yep, just like above.
    I would use DVD-R though
you just need to use Winrar to extract one of the rar files.
    Like game.r001 or something.
then burn the ISO to DVD

after you extracted the rar files did you get the files for Slayer?
Did you use Qwix or Craxtion4 to turn those files into an ISO file
before you tried burning them to DVD?
Other than that there should be nothing special as far as burning it.
I have it on DVD, and made a copy of that DVD and it worked fine.

Actually, once extracted, there should be one file. Most uploaders have packaged via compression tools (i.e. WinRAR) and once unpacked, an .iso is formed. That should written to a DvD and that would be that. If that's not what you see when the file is unRAR'd, then what?

It shouldn't be no more than 300-400 MB after it's extracted.

well i extracted it from winrar and it shows one that is 348mb. it is an .iso form becasue whenever i look for image files when i try to get it to the dvd it shows up. but i have a problem with getting it to the dvd. it shows that it is going onto the dvd but when it gets done it doesn't show up on the dvd. i put it into my xbox but it doesnt' do anything.

    * ok so i got the .ISO to the DVD. now i just put it in the xbox and it should boot up with the slayer's dash, right?

Yes...put it in your XBOX, restart and it should boot up directly to the disc main menu.

I doesn't work!!! Maybe you can tell me what I did wrong. I got the stuff from the IRC channel at slayers and then I double clicked on that once it was done. It showed a .rar file of the .ISO. I put in a DVD+R and loaded up the latest version of NERO that I could find. I clicked on the dvd thingy and I clicked on make new .iso and not new image like I have read since I thought that's what I was supposed to do becasue it said .ISO. Once it was done with putting the info on the disc I put that into my xbox and nothing happens no matter how i put it in.

    @Gamer506

Just checking...your XBOX is already modded right? Try using a DvD-R disc. If you're completig the process right you may have a bad file but if you got it from the channel, odds of that are slim. Did you select finalize the disc in Nero prior to burning?

You know how to burn the ISO right? If you just burned a data disc with the ISO on it as a file, it will do nothing. Otherwise it should be a no-brainer. It's possible that the ISO is screwed, but I kind of doubt it.
Maybe this questions is silly, but I've run into this before.
