Nothing bad in your log... defragged lately? Could also be a piece of hardware starting to go bad on you.
I defraged last week. Might be the hardware its my grandfathers 10yr old computer xD but its been updated to XP Pro, new MoBo, and RAM **EDIT**: Every time i restart the computer a process "svchost.exe" was running the processor at 99% i ended it then it ran normal again but then when i restart it comes back up again
Well... svchost.exe is a valid file... if found in the system32 folder. Which from your logs is the case. This file handles process calls made by many dlls in Windows. You might want to download and run Process Explorer and find out which dll is causing the issue. You can grab the app from here: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/ProcessExplorer.mspx
ahhh.... found the problem my grandfather defraged with Windows Defragmenter but windows defrager isn't good at all... so i use Diskeeper Pro Premier 2007 and his about 85% of his files were fragmented... and its still defraging since 3:30PM Est
