Slow Download Speeds.

    Ok i have tiscali broadband 2mb connection which should give me download speeds of around 240kbps...but instead i reach an absolute max of 30...its really pussing me of! At first i thought it was my area but my mate recently got tiscali 1mb and he gets 120! Is there anyrhing i should know? Any help REALLY appreciated. thanks.

    PS soz if this is in wrong section .

    Tiscali are really cheap B****** give them a call and explain to them your problem.
