Slow Gaming On New Computer

    Im trying to play Dead Rising 2, everything works fine but the game play is so slow even with the setting all set to low graphics. I just built this pc about 2months ago should'nt I be able to play this game without the slowdown? Also Cities XL is a bit laggy.

    Here are my specs for my build.

    ATI Radeon HD 5400
    AMD Phenom X6 1090T
    3.21Ghz, 4GB Ram
    Windows XP Professional

    It is the video card; that card is just for basic things like watching videos and such. XP probably isn't helping much either; it does not even support the small amount of memory you have installed...but your main issue is the video card.
