Whenever i download anything off of a browser, the speed goes from 100 kbps down to 94 kbps down to 89 kbps etc. etc. The speed usually stops going down at 60 kbps or 70 kbps. on bittorrent, the highest speed i ever reched was 80 kbps. By the way, i tried the max half-open tcp connections thingy. I have Verizon internet with a Westell 327w Modem.
What is the speed of your connection, according to your ISP? I have a 256kbps line, and the speed sometimes shows as 80, then 60, 40, 30, and then remains steady at 27.
On the page where you type in your adrress such as 192.168.1.1, it says 864 down and 126 up. My service is Verizon.
