I have a smart card, im just wondering is there is a way to change the information on these cards? I know id have to get a reader/writer and than some software that would allow me to look inside. Anyone which type of software and what type of hardware id need. And are there any forums/website that deal with smartcards and messing around with them looks like this:

funny thing is iv seen the top three sites before and they didnt help. i'm checking the third one seems useful for info about them, but i still cant figure out what i need to get started. anywhere else i can go? its not a popular topic i know
