can anyone help me with the settings in this program? I can't find a tutorial, or at least a good one, i just want to be able to use this properly. Im trying to make the best possible vcd out of an avi file that started in 6 to 7 quality out of 10. I want to use virtual dub, and i already am very familiar with tmpgenc. HELP PLEASE!
