    Sup,
    I have the SID4.0 Deluxe installer and i'm using the splintercell save game.
    I boot into the installer, create an eeprom back up, and ms backup, and then move on to the softmod install. Everything is successful, no errors. I go to do the final step where you press A after removing the disc, and it reboots, but back into the MS Dashboard.
    I've tried dual-booting and single boot and evox and unleashed, neither worked.
    Something strange is the xbox boots green light and then switches to red light after the logo finishes and MS dash boots up. There are no problems with the system as far as i can tell.
    In the system info, the version was 1.00.5101.01 and 1.00.5960.01

    Additional info, i got it working at one point and everything was fine; all i did was update XBMC by replacing the XBMC folder, but that's it no other messing of files. I also have Slayers Auto Installer thing, but i can't boot it since it's a CD and im not modded.
    Also, I burned Slayer's Evox Auto-Installer on a DVD-R and i put it in the drive (the xbox is not modded, ms dash is booted) but it says it's not an xbox game disc or w/e. How do i boot into the auto-installer without a modded dash if that's possible?

    What could be the problem? Alternative?
    Can someone help me out please?
    Thanks =)

    A Slayer's disc is only used for hard modded systems. You are softmodding by using an exploit disc. I would suggest that you use a newer SID version. SID 4.5 or 5.01. I like 4.5 better than 5.01 because 5.01 makes the LED lights cycle whenever the clock is not set. SID 4.0 has been proven not to be able to run game backups saved on the HDD appropriately.

    Your not doing anything wrong, every environment is different. I guarantee that 4.5 or 5.01 will work. Click on my sig if you would like to read tutorial or downloaded the SID installers I just mentioned.
