Hi all, My mod chip connection is loosen and I have to fix it once in while which is very annoying to opening xbox to fix it. I'm looking for a way to softmod before I take off modchip. Will locking HDD and placing original xboxdash will boot up without chip and able to run xbmc without chip ? What would be easiest way to do softmod before take out chip ?
just turn off the chip...transfer the linux saves to the xbox and softmod with which ever 3 games Splintercell,007 Agent Under Fire(not platnium) or mechassualt only them 3 games will work...there is a tutorial on how to do it in afterdawn just search...
