Iwant to know if i can softmod my xbox with just my laptop? I have evox,pbl,and cromwell replacement bios.I am trouble getting fxp to pickup my xbox. iread a tut on connecting my pc to my xbox and i did as it said but all i got was no connection.
sorry man there is no possible way to do it unless you have extreme knowledge in hacking i have done it before but i can not give out information such as that because it is to similar to hacking peoples computers sorry
There is no difference in using a desktop PC or a laptop when performing a softmod. I use a laptop to softmod Xboxes in my vehicle on a regular basis. You simply set a static IP address on the laptop and set the Xbox on DHCP, use a crossover cable but be sure to start the laptop first then the Xbox because the Xbox needs to acquire its IP address from the laptop.
