Hello, I'm trying to softmod my xbox using Splinter Cell and Krayzie's Ndure Installer exploit. I'm using a usb flash drive (Corsair Flash Voyager 1GB) and a usb to xbox cable. However my xbox doesn't see the saves I put on my flash drive. Here's what I did: 1. connected flash drive to xbox to format it 2. connected to computer, followed instructions here: http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=262740 to make Action Replay software recognize flash drive as memcard 3. Tranferred the two gamesaves to flash drive using Action Replay software 4. Connected to xbox, which recognized it as a memory card but did not see the saves I put on it. I tried several times and once it was able to see a Splinter Cell save on it but did not see it's name as Linux_Installer or whatever and did not give me the option to copy it to hard drive. If I transfer saves from the xbox's hard drive to the flash drive then it sees them, even after restarting xbox they're still there. So I think it's something with this Action Replay software. Could anybody help, I was hoping to be able to mod this way and I don't really want to spend any more money on one of the Action Replay or xbox memcards or any of that crap.
Huh? There are two saves which are each in a zip file called udata.zip, I just dropped them into the action replay program to transfer them. You can see here the two saves tranferred to my flash drive: http://img353.imageshack.us/img353/7762/actionreplay3pj.jpg
ok in the .rar file u downloaded from somewhere u should have a folder that says UDATA and in that Folder are Two saves these r 2 seprerate saves on the game u need to copy each of these seperately and copy them to your HD seperatley ok
