Is it possible to softmod an xbox without the game exploit. I mean like replacing the xbox bios so that Phoenix Bios loader runs. I have a modchip and I was wondering if I could just ftp the required files to the xbox and run them from there?
if u have a modchip u hardmodded ur xbox. u dont need any phoenix bios loader. it just loads the bios by itself. and why would u want to reflash the bios to use the bios loader tat doeant make sense?
Well, what I mean, is that what if the modchip stops functioning all of a sudden, then I need to softmod it to keep playing backup games and multiregion movies. I was wondering if there was some way to softmod it without doing the game exploit.
