i had this programm when i bought my computer, reformated and nows shes a gone like a jewish foreskin! anyone know where i can get it again?

Soltek are still manufacturing motherboards in Taiwan-- possibly you could look on their website or even email their support and find out if it is downloadable from their archives.

 

duh! it was on my support cd that came with my board to install the drivers
