I have purchased a new Sapphire HD4870 To go with my older Sapphire HD4870, same cards, same model, Same Manufacturer. how ever upon establishing Crossfire.

the older 4870's Fan doesn't seem to work properly the fan spins up on post, But stops Shortly after it doesn't attempt to spin. the fan works however provided its own power source.

After gaming temps reach into the 70's 79 being the max. i don't like that. how can i fix this issue, short of Jerry rigging it.

*solved* if any one is interested, ive figured out the the automatic fan control that ati cards use is spotty at best. by using RBE(Radeon Bios Editor) i managed to get the fan working again by using Manual heat stepping.
