OK I've had 4 Comcast Tech come out to check my Internet Speed. 1. The first one found nothing. 2. The Second one Change the Arris Modem and Found Nothing 3. The Third Change the connectors on the wall and attic and Found nothing. He said the connect from comcast station to my modem is perfect so he don't know what's wrong. 4. The Forth and last one Came today but before he came I hookup my laptop to my setup and the speed was GREAT. And of course he found nothing. So that mean that there is something in my PC that's Cutting my Speed Below Half.
