fpxdragon, I don't know where your live, but in the U.S.A., making a copy of any copy protected movie, is illegal.

I'd dispute the sale. Item is a bootleg, which is against Ebay rules!Reason: Wrong description.

Also leave him/her a negative feedback and say they are bootleg copies. You're not even allowed to list those items as copies, let alone list them as originals.

He/She has the same exact title listed in another auction that is about to end, LOL

    He auction says this

Since when is a dvd much like vhs in quality...that should have been your first clue to look elsewhere.

Im not saying you did this but WHY do 50% of the people on ebay never read the auction. They click on it see a picture and start bidding. Like people buy crap all the time they don't want like a ipod wholesale list or something. It clearly says list in the title but they get in the auction see a pic of an ipod and bid away. It just doesn't make sense why people are so stupid.

you should report it to the owners of ebay and they will banned him for selling the goods.there should be a contact us link you can use and write them a polite email including the sellers name and they should do something.from what ive heard there having a crackdown on pirated goods on ebay at the moment.
