OK, so I got this program yesterday, made a dvd with all my band's live videos right.. went to preview it..and went to build motion menu.. then this message came up and said - "Could not complete the last command because - Illegal Video Still Aspect Ratio" ... so not being able to do that I just moved on and tried to burn my dvd anyway. It spent hours doing it and I thought it was working and when it was done with everything it said some kind of error and ejected my dvd with NOTHING burnt on it. What's going on!?!?
I'm not one for advising against a particular company's software but I had a copy of MyDVD bundled with my burner. From the moment I installed it, it was nothing but trouble. After producing coaster upon coaster with it, I finally discovered that there are many more free programs (DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink etc. etc.) which do a superb job without the anguish associated with Sonic MyDVD. I finally realised the reason MyDVD is called 'burning' software is because that is exactly what should happen with it. It makes a really nice little fire.
