I bought cell phone(Sony Ericsson w810i) from letstalk.com, I recieved the phone with phone numbers and personal pictures in it. I called them and told them that this is a preowned phone and not a brand new which I ordered. They asked me to send it back to them, which I did. Now is there anyway to find out if the next phone they send me is a brand new phone or just the same(deleted pic and numbers) or similar pre owned phone? Thanks for your help.
one way is going to the service menu by pressing > * < < * > * then go to service test then check the total call time it should be 0.0.0 but if its newly flashed it will also be 0.0.0 but thats one way to check it because even if they did a master reset that call timer will not be reset
