You need a TV tuner card or other device (USB stick) that will take the analog audio/video signal and convert it to a PC readable digital format. They care commonly called "capture cards". Newegg has an entire section for these type devices: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...=2010380047 1685342852&name=Editing & Capture The camera has both S-video as well as composite video and audio output. You will connect those (one or the other video plus audio) to your capture card and input into your PC.
i wonder what you could do with my Sony handycam to get the video streaming into a program vs. copying onto the HDD? http://reviews.cnet.com/digital-camcorders/sony-handycam-dcr-sr40/4505-6500_7-31979956.html There is a program i can use that will let me use this live on the Web, but first the video needs to stream in. It only has a USB connection, but $ony has an AV cable that outputs to component for $30+
