sony vaio recovery cd's

    ok I'm not sure if this is the right forum (if not I'm sorry) but I was wondering if anyone knew how many recovery cd's there are for a sony pcg-nvr23 laptop. I have three but for some reason I remember there being 4. It would suck if I start to reformat and am missing one.

    I am desperate to have a copy of Disk 1 of the 3 recovery disks. Can we work out a deal for a copy somehow? My first system recovery disk was destroyed. Thanks.

    If your notebook is still under manufacture warranty then you should still be able to contact them (sony helpdesk) and aquire another set of recover disc's for free, if your warranty is not valid then you will have to purchase them.

    No,they no longer have the CDs. I already tried Sony. The best they could offer was for me to send my laptop to them for re-imaging.

    I have replaced a hard drive on my daughters Sony Vaio PCVRX470DS computer. Unfortunately, she has lost the recovery CDs and I have been unable to locate them anywhere, including through Sony.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I'm looking for the Recovery CDs for a Sony Vaio PCV-RZ24G. Can anyone help me out?
