My friend dropped his laptop and now it cant start up normally. the only way he can get to his desktop is by starting the computer in safe mode. He wanted to know if there were some ways to make safe mode more unrestricted as it is now. certain things that he wants to do is enable the speakers and anything else anyone knows that can be enabled thank you.
