Sony XM2002GTR Amplifier help

    ok, so i'm a newbie with car audio but i need some help. would this amp be fine with 2 10" sony xplod subs.

    Sony XS-L103P5B Specs and Features:

    10" subwoofer with 5-sided polypropylene cone
    Foamed rubber surround
    Frequency response: 18-2,500 Hz
    Power handling: 80-330 watts RMS each
    Peak power handling: 1200 watts each
    Sensitivity: 88 dB

    here are the features for the amp:

    200W x 2 RMS into 4 ohms

    looks like your amp should be just fine for your speakers. look for more specs on the amp, and see what ohms it supports in mono mode. If the amp will support 2 ohms in mono mode, then you can bridge your subs (connect the two subs together...positive to positive and negative to negative) then connect the two speakers as one to the bridged output of the amp. This will provide more power then regular two channel 4 ohm mode. but like I said, that will only work if the amp supports 2 ohms in bridged mode.
