1.Convert the download to DVD. http://dl.afterdawn.com/vsoDivxToDVD_setup_v0.5.2b.exe Import the file(s) (AVI, MPEG, VOB) Output (standard DVD file format) to a folder on the HDD. Set 'Aspect' to 4:3 (if you have a regular tv) Set 'Standard' to NTSC (if you live in North America) Burn dvd with 'ImgBurn' http://www.imgburn.com/ Run ImgBurn Mode > 'Build' Output > 'Device' File > 'Browse for Folder', highlight on the 'VIDEO_TS' folder, > 'OK' Click the green write button. 2. If you wish to play the AVI files on a standalone player it has to be 'DivX' compatible. 3.To burn simple DVD video and CD audio compilations, Nero is eminently suitable. Nero is the burner counterpart of Windows. People love to make your flesh creep with horror stories.
A basic , simple answer. If you have files that are in AVI or MPEG format then you can burn these to DVD using NeroVision...no conversion is necessary, heres a very basic guide on how I burn mine. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_jump.cfm/356114/2104525 I use and recommend version 7.5.9.0
