Hi! I did look through the forum and thought I had found one that would answer my question, but my problem is a bit different. I'm trying to burn three .avi files with Nero to be played on a stand alone DVD player. The first two burn fine and everything works. However, the third file works part way and then the image freezes but the sound works fine. I've tried several times (even trying a different avi) but I get the same results. Am I doing something wrong with the settings somewhere or is this a problem with Nero? Please Help!!
k in my opinion you shouldnt trust nero to encode your avi files, use tmpg. it sounds like the file is corrupt to me, check it using virtual dub
if it is happening again with different files update to the latest version of Nero or as AIDEN mentioned tmpgenc http://www.tmpgenc.net and then burn it through nero
