sound out of sinc with video on DivX *.avi file

    I have an old VHS tape and am trying to copy it to a DVD format. Sound and video are great, but the sound is a fraction ahead.

    Are there any standard things to look for or adjust?

    I'm using Dr.DivX, latest codecs, etc.

    And now DivX player is playing upside down.

    If u r usin' ffdshow u can flip the picture around from the settings. Try to un-install and re-install codec. Usually it helps. I got that same out-of-sync problem. I solved it by usin' .ogg or .ac3 sound. Didnt find out what were the problem :|
