sound

    hi all ive just converted a avi file to dvd useing convertxtodvd and the sound is well out.any one any idea why. thank you.

    its got to be the avi not a good source chap.

    Did you play the AVI before conversion? You can run the AVI through AviFixed or Digital Video Repair and see if it has any issues.

    i think it may be my dvd player took dvd to mates house and it was ok. my dvd player is normaly ok.hmmmm.

    then its got to be disc / player compatibility issue

    whats the dye info off the dvdr?

    try burning slower helps abit

    a think it is the disc because they will not play back on pc yet all others do. i will just put it down to them they were cheap. thanks.
