ok i got a Zune not to long ago and it said that i had to upgrade my operating system to the windows service pack 2. i downloaded the update but when ever i try to install it, about 1/2 the way whrough the install it gives me a erroemessage that sais ACCESS DENIED and when you clikc OK it automatically uninstalls the pack ive tried 3 different downloads and none have worked and all give me the same ACCESS DENIED message, can someone help me?
