Hi, I have a have a msi pt8 neo motherboard with a emagic audiowerk 8 sound card that has a spdif I/O I have the output running to Fostex VF08 8 track recorder. I have been running the game battlefield 2 and have found that the sound starts off fine but then starts increasing in speed, it speeds right up to a extremly loud buzzing noise. Its got me stumpped really. It doesnt do this all the time but has been just recently. Overall its done it about 4 times. I have tried reinstalling my audio card drivers nemerous times but this problem still shows up. Im thinkin its something to do with my mobo as i have a strange issue with grapics when playing games. This problem is gone everytime i exit the game and open it a second time. Any help here is much appreciated. Thanks, Matt

So is this a question about SPDIF or your mobo and a/v card combo?

Wow, ok, yea... My point is your posts doesn't make sense. You start out talking about SPDIF and end talking about how your graphics are crappy. SPDIF has nothing to do with graphics. If you thing that the problems you having have to do with your hardware not playing together nicely then I suggest asking this question in one of the PC forum rooms as they would know more about that sort of thing.

    Show some appreciation,
    Ced
