I have to .bin files tht i would like to burn to a cd-r but unfortunately the cd-r has this size Free Space: 736,962,560 bytes and this much time Free Time: 79:59:70 (MM:SS:FF) and file is 847,522,032 bytes and has this much time 80:06:41. Is there any way i can split the .bin file so i can fit it on 2 discs? Thanks for ur help!

A BIN/CUE is just a CD image. To split you would need to upack the files, split and then create two new CD images. In the case of a (S)VCD you would need to extract the mpg, split it, reauthor and then create two images. Assume you have a VCD, then that is only a ~7sec overburn.
