split large video file

    I recorded a tv program on the computer, unfortunately i fell asleep and when I woke-up i had 10gb recorded. could someone explain how I can split the file to the size I want. Thanking anyone who can help. It was a documentary on the who band! The file format is mpeg2

    Sorted, managed to trim the file with nero.

    You can used some video edit tools like Roxio VideoWave, Ulead visual studio, Cyberlink powerdirect.
