I recently got a philips micro system that could play mp3 cd's, and could supposedly skip between different albums on cd, rather than having to skip through every track individually. I assumed that it would use the id3 tags on the songs to do this.

However I have burned several cds with Itunes, and when I put them in the micro system, it only recognises there being one album on the cd.

Does anyone know why this might be/what I can do to prevent this?

    Thanks.

I wouldn't use iTunes to make audio or mp3 cd's. There are better burning programs out there like Nero.

What you need to do is create seperate folders on your harddrive for each album. Then drop and drag the songs to which album they're from. Next use Nero to make an MP3 cd and it should work. Also make sure you don't have too many files on there as an audio cd can only hold a certain amount of data.
