st**view blocked

Can anyone help please, i live in UK and i have inserted the new codes for October for T***west but my box will not save them. I lost all my premium channels so i re-set factory setting, scanned again then went into nagrivison and inserted the codes again and switched EMU to ON as normal. I noticed the codes did not save from the first time i put them in. V**gin had been doing maintenance in my area and since then i cannot get my St**view working properly. Can anyone advise as i have tried everything to amend it.

 

You need to have the latest firmware on the receiver . This will autoroll the codes for you !
What do u have 'the box' or a starview original ?

Did u get a cable with your starview ?
a 'null modem cable'
It connects your receiver to your pc !

no! everytime i needed it flashed i sent it away at a cost of £20. how do i get the cable and is it easy to repair?
