I've read only a few posts regarding burning shows recorded on a Tivo to DVD, but most were unanswered or limited and have gone past the 45 day limit from the last post. Is anyone doing this? Burning DVD's on a PC - DVD burner from a stand alone DVR or DirecTV Series 2 Tivo (Digital Video Recorder). Anyone have any information on how to do this? What software to use? Video card being used in your PC? How are you connecting both devices? My current software: DVD Decrypter v3.1.6.0 Nero 6 Easy CD Creator 5 Veritas RecordNow DX DVD X-Copy Gold DVD Shrink Alcohol 120% Burner - Sony DRU-510A (all formats) Thanks in advance!
Myself, after having numerious difficulties as well as video and sound quality issues, I went and bought a stand alone DVD recorder; the Panasonic DMR-e50. It's been great for me. Now, I'm not recording from Tivo, but I am recording directly from digital satelite.
