Stand offs

    would screwing a mobo directly onto the case without standoffs cause it to blow?

    Most likely...unless you have a plastic case...even then, you couldn't screw it down anyway because the back of the board isn't flat.

    Why wouldnt you want to use the stand offs?

    Probably because he bought a new case and they forgot to put in that little baggie of hardware.
