All of this month cinemax has all 6 of the star wars in high def. not only that but its on their ondemand. Can someone please tell me the best way to capture this to my hard drive so that I could buy a blueray burner and nerd it up. The bluray would be nice but I wouldnt mind playing it right from my comp to my hidef t.v. Is that possible?

If you have a DCT6412 cable box you can do high-def capture thru Firewire:

High def captures on your pc are usually in *.ts format. My PC is connected to my HDTV via DVI/HDMI and I use TheaterTek for playback of these HD *.ts files in full 720p/1080i and Dolby Digital 5.1.

If 5c copy protection is enabled you may have to resort to a D-VHS deck to preserve high def quality.
