I'm trying to wipe my machine. Installed xp pro and now have pro and home on my machine but want to quick format my c drive to get rid of home edition and all my old documents, programs, crap etc.

I installed pro fine but some bits like wireless dont work on my pro install but do on my home install. Is there a folder I need to copy to disc and reinstall under the pro edition?

I thought it was drivers but have went to the hp website and installed the network drivers but no joy...

Any help appreciated for an amateur.

Wireless drivers are separate to network drivers. Find out what driver you need from your old install or from HP (if HP provided the card)

Yea need to go back on hp's site and college the "wireless drivers" in the drivers section of their site for you specific computer model and Operating System.
