starting a band

    hey im looking to start a band im moving to Florida shortly and i was in a band previously but im moving so we had to split.     you live 2 hours away from where i do i know for sure my parents will refuse to drive me anywhere that far

    im 19 in tallahassee i play bass. been playing for three years. im trying to get a hard, alt, metal badn going. something like the new trapt cd, scars of life, sevendust, linkin park, static x, stuff

    k well i know this other kid that emailed me about starting a band and he lives in lakeland which is like 2 hours from ocala...he plays lead guitar so all we need is drums and vocals

    hi im bader im 12 and i live in kuwait which is nowhere near america anyway i read this thread and i think i should give u some tips cuz im in a band too anyway.
    before you move to florida look for some places that you could get some gigs on the net and i can try to find a drumer for you on the net any one who lives close to you in florida cuz i can do some good surfin and i have websites.
