    Hello everybody,
My girlfriends know all son turned off her AV protection to download a new song. Well everybody knows the results. She can't afford to take her computer in and all the scans she has run are able to identify the worm , but all the methods to repair it have failed. Now I think that the easy way out is to wipe out everything and start over. How do I go about it and is there a way to save the drivers that will be needed for the reinstall? I have never attempted this before and any help is very much appreciated. I need all the help I can get , thanks

hi guys, thanks for getting back with me. I would have been on earlier but I worked a double today. She was talking with her friend and her friends brother took it home and brought it back in perfect order. Again a big thanks for replying.
