hi all, can anyone tell a solution to my problem, my starveiw box went of last week and i cannot get all the channels back i have tryed a re scan and also put in the code 1750 but nothing changes. does anyone know the new code for.
there is no new firmware or upgrade for nagravision3 (it cant be opened by any box so dont buy any) if your missing channels its either nagravision3 kicking in or you need to do a factory reset . to do a reset press menu ,go down to factory reset /factory setting and press ok (you will be asked for your pin ,if you never had a pin try 0000) your box is reset now so you go through the installation process. choose language etc ,then go to installation and choose your provider(probably virgin )and then auto scan. when the scan is over press exit and switch on keycode. now exit back to channels and go to sky one .a factory reset will mean you will have to reset your clock ,any parental settings and your pin (if you had one )will now be 0000.
