Starview 2 - Problem with update 454e

Hi

Have a Starview The box 2, brought a download file 454eE but does not work when I download, was told to go back to download 451 which brings me back to home page on TV and then when I try to download 454eE it just goes off and can get nothing.Any ideas to get the box working?

 

If you are in the UK ,4.51 is more stable than 4.54 and the b0x should work fine with 4.51

With 451 I just get freeview channels nothing more, all the other channels are lost? Is there a setting I should be using? Thanks
