starview 2 the box channels scambled

i have only just got the starview 2 the box and i am virgin at the start all the sports channels were locked and sky family but a the days have gone on i have lost all the film channels E4 E4+1 and most of the music channels can anyone help me as i'm all new to this bussiness and i haven't got a clue cheers

 

drewken. you went through all the installation and turned the emu key on?

hi the box didn't ask me about emu when i installed it it just asked for language then instalation and i live in wavertree liverpool my service provider is virgin can you help

 

If you have loaded the latest firmware file for your country - you need to press menu - 1570 on the remote - go to EMU and turn on, exit all the way out, go to a encrypted channel and let it work.

 

First you need to input all the codes for all the providers in the uk not just your own provider then do a full scan on your provider and then turn on your emu and that should be you sorted codes are at the bottom of my post under codes just click the link ok
