starview 2 the box

I have starview 2 (the box) but it freezes while auto tuning I tried software upgrade using 4.0 but still freezing while tuning can anyone help thanks

 

Are you sure you upgraded to the right V4 as the SV and the b0x have different firmw**e

 

no not sure m8 I upgraded 2 others with no probs. But i'm using firmware I had from starview1.

 

just downloaded the new firmware m8 will try and get back to u
