Some of the channels which were being transmitted earlier have suddently stopped transmitting. Do you think resetting the box will help or is something else wrong with it.
you could try a factory reset and then do a scan,press menu the the press factory setting(you will be asked for your pin number,if you have never used a pin number just type in 0000)then press installation and do an auto scan on your provider(tw,virgin ntl etc)when this is complete press exit untill you are back on installation and type in 1570 and press ok,then go to the bottom of the screen and see emu,by using the left or right arrow buttons on your remote turn emu to on,exit back to tv and hopefully your missing channels are back and any new ones found.you will need to reset your clock to summer time and your parental settings if you have any and your pin is now 0000 good luck.
