Starview 3 The Box Super channel issue

    Been using the box for a year and a half now with no problems whatsoever. Recently SS 1 and SS 3 have been breaking up quite a bit and "skipping" every couple of seconds. They are still watchable but it's very annoying. No other channel issues as far as I know. I'm using version 8.02, in the Tayside area on Virginmedia.

    It's probably a provider issue but just checking to see if there's any known problems.

    you could try updating your firmware to 8.4

    I have re installed "the box" done an automatic scan twice got all channels except Sky Sports2 Can anyone give me the frecuency code so I can do a manual scan.Any help would be appreciated Thanks

    It has actually sorted itself out just recently. So i'm guessing I was right about it being an issue with VM. Cheers
